I love to pick up tidbit information here and there. The kind that one gets from another person, or you adapt from a grandparent who went through the Depression Era.
Everything from saving toilet paper rolls to using Duct tape to fix a curtain rod. Those are money savers. It may not be pretty, but one fact remains it does save money which to some is a precious commodity.
Saving money is crucial to our family. My philosophy is that if we save money in one area, even though we live on one income, we still take vacations, join gyms, and enjoy frivolous events.
Here is one way that I save money in a small way. I buy a large box of dryer sheets from Sam’s Club. Then I cut them all in half. I am working on the same box that I had one year ago.
