Corn Casserole

November 27, 2013 By Michelle Knight 1 Comment

Corn Casserole is my go to dish for pitch-in dinners, holiday dinners, or just a quick easy side dish to go with meat.

Here is how easy it is to make:

Ingredients:

1 can of corn
1 can of cream corn
1 box of jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup of sour cream
2 eggs
1 stick of butter

Directions:

Mix the ingredients together.  Pour into a 2 qt. casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Bake for 1 1/2 hours covered.

A very quick dish that is delicious!

Happy Thanksgiving!

I’ve made something very similar to this before, I just add chopped up link sausage before I bake it! It’s delicious ๐Ÿ™‚
